ou know the world's poorest countries, which have done slightest to contaminate the environment, will be the worst hit. And countries which are regularly experimenting Atom bombs, have many industries and these countries are polluting the environments by using harsh chemicals etc are suffering not as much as poorest countries are suffering.
Due to Global warming, climate are changing rapidly and weathers are becoming more hot, water level of rivers are rising, sea-levels are rising, floods and droughts etc are seen all over the world. You must be wondering that in many countries in some regions if country suffering from drought then at the same time in another region country is fighting with floods, and all these are the result of climate change.
But the main issue is who is suffering most, we know the climate change affects all over the world but this is also the reality that the world’s poorest countries are suffering most from this man made climate change. Many African countries like Somalia and Nigeria etc and many Asian countries like Bangladesh and India are suffering a lot due to the climate change. These countries are developing countries so they don’t have high techniques to fight with natural calamities and many people lost their lives.
European countries are known to be the developed countries but these countries also feeling difficulties to survive in the rapid climate changing environment. So, you can assume what worst effects would have been facing by the poorest countries of the world.
You know Arctic will be the worst affected regions of the world due to rapid climate change and indigenous people and polar bear are affected badly by the global warming. And sub-Saharan African countries are badly fighting with droughts and are least able to adapt to catastrophic droughts. The climate changes will affect millions and many disorders like malnutrition, affecting child development and poor people will be in the front line against injury and death due to floods, droughts, heat waves and cold waves etc.
The people who are living near the deltas of the Asian rivers like Ganges are suffering a lot and all is due to the rising level of sea and storm surge. Millions of people in sub-Sahara region are at risk due to droughts caused by crop failures. This result in social-economic unrest and many countries have been in civil war which is basically fueled by the social unrest.
Somalia and other African countries are examples of these. This also results in breakage of social bondage and is a root cause of terrorism and hooliganism. So global warming is affecting poorest countries more and it is becoming really difficult for the people to cope of the devastation they faces during the natural calamities like floods, droughts, rising sea-levels and increasing water level of rivers. Nowadays many companies are focusing to produce Eco-friendly products so that these products would have no harms on our environments.

o what you want to the planet no matter what species it affects. They’re only animals, right? Well, so are we. The more damage we do to our precious planet, the more we’ll all suffer. What would you do if you woke up one morning and had to completely relocate? Have you ever imagined what the victims of Katrina went through? The same thing is happening to hundreds of species of wildlife in the world. Our food chain is rather vast, and our bodies are capable of surviving on a variety of diets ranging from vegetarian to all beef. However, other animals aren’t that lucky; they need certain parts of the food chain to keep their habitat, lest they lose theirs.
Many agree that a small change in a stabilized temperature can cause thousands of species to become extinct. Five years ago, a study was conducted that showed 80% of 1,500 wildlife species examined had already begun showing signs of stress from a changing climate. This is due to the key element of Global Warming’s impact on wildlife: Habitat displacement. Various species of animals have spent millions of years adapting to one set circumstance – one way of life. Their ecosystems are illustrious and full of everything needed for the survival of numerous wildlife species. If one suffers, the rest suffer, and eventually all suffer the same fate of being displaced.
Nowhere more evident will you see habitat displacement than with the polar bear. This majestic creature of the ice has survived thousands and thousands of years by prowling through the icy north’s land and waters and hunting food. The polar bear, once a prominent part of the north’s lure, is now in real danger of becoming extinct. They can no longer find enough food to sustain their massive bodies. But the polar bears are not alone in their losing fight for survival. Warmer spring temperatures are drying up critical breeding habitat for waterfowl in the stretch of land between central Alberta and northern Iowa known as the prairie pothole region.
Some of these species are able to move into new habitats and thrive. But for most, the sheer amount of human population makes this near to impossible. Lands that may be suitable for animals to inhabit are promptly being leveled and built on for the sake of commerce. Human settlement has stolen land from other animals for over 100,000 years. At the peak of our indulgence, capital growth and development seems to swallow the need to protect helpless species of animals.
YIf the fox, polar bear, waterfowl, and other types of animals losing their habitats wasn’t enough of a predicament brought on my Global Warming, birds and a series of hibernating animals are also being affected as the problem increases. The shift in a hibernating animal’s natural cycle is put off by conflicting temperatures. They end their slumbers earlier and earlier each year. And the birds have been forced to unwillingly alter their migration cycle.
Many animals are being affected in different ways, contrary to the previously accepted theory which states animals in the same ecosystem experience the problem as a single entity. Instead, every species of animal has their own set of problems – problems which the animals can’t solve. Their fate rests solely in the hands of human intervention.

e’ve all heard the news, watched the television specials, read it in every magazine, but what do we do now? What’s our part in this fight to stop Global Warming? As the carbon emissions increase, our planet begins to slowly heat up. Even one simple degree over a sustained period of time can cause catastrophic damage to various habitats throughout the world. Over the course 5 billion years, dozens of ice ages, and a few mass extinctions, human beings reap the benefits of a perfectly stabilized planet. Though to look at the world in 2008, it seems obvious that our gift is also our greatest curse. A life form, intelligent enough to heal the planet, has systematically started to destroy it.
To many of us, the danger we’re flirting with seems all too imminent. While some scientists try to dispute Global Warming with facts and figures from thousands of years of weather, others begin to employ common sense. When ice heats up, it melts. When ice melts, the water has to go someplace. Even a layman can solve this equation. When water levels rise, the inevitable result will be millions of square miles of previously dry coastland under water. And if the ice melting wasn’t enough to contend with, thermal expansion adds volume to the situation.
Thermal expansion is simply the tendency of matter to change in volume as a direct response to a change in temperature. As our ocean waters are heated, the levels begin to slowly rise. And without the polar icecaps – without our planets previously stabilized temperature – thermal expansion adds another boost to an already rising sea level. This problem may be ignored by the majority of the planet, but certain areas of coastline are already beginning to feel the adverse effects.
The next victim is the coastline economy. For instance, the Great Barrier Reef draws in tourists and supplies Australia’s coast with a steady stream of income. Without it, this branch of the economy collapses. We see this in the rest of the world. Imagine every coastal business going under. No more Boardwalk and beaches. No more fishing industry. No more coast period. In the USA alone, over 70% of all citizens live within 100 miles of a coastline. This is over 200,000,000 people.
The high tide brings in the inflated water, and when it leaves, it steals precious bits of our coast. Scientists predict that our ocean will rise upwards of 95 centimeters within 100 years. This doesn’t sound overly dangerous; that is, until you consider that over a meter of coast is completely lost with every centimeter rise. Our fresh water is becoming contaminated with salt water. And since only 3% of all earth’s water is fresh, we cannot afford to lose this. Hurricanes becomes stronger and more frequent due to the warmer water, whales lose their sonar, all deep water fish move closer to the shore. Are you paying attention yet?

Impact of Climate Change in Bangladesh |

e know that Bangladesh is among the disaster prone countries and is one of the most vulnerable countries in the world regarding to climate change. Nearly every year this country experiences disasters like coastal erosions, droughts, floods, storm surges, tropical erosion etc. All these disasters cause loss of many lives and property damages and the development activities are put in danger. The country Bangladesh is already has many problems like large population density means it has nearly of 130 million populations and so the scarcity of land to provide accommodation. In Bangladesh is a poor country and here poverty, illiteracy, human health and so forth are the common issues.
Due to all these reason the Bangladesh becomes more vulnerable in the climate change. It is believed that in the coming days due to global warming Bangladesh will suffer more. Number of studies shows that climate changes have great impact on Bangladesh. The series of unusual events like dying trees of Sundarbans Nature Reserve, rough weathers and rising sea level etc all shows that impact is already seen. Generally every year fishermen are warned to stay at home for 2-3 months due to the rising level of sea but due to poverty nobody can afford to stay at home and it causes heavily loss of lives.
Due to coastal erosion thousands or more than fishermen loose their house and properties and so the country Bangladesh has the primary issue to survive against climate change. The main fact for vulnerability of Bangladesh is that this country is basically one vast river delta and so prone to weather changes. The people who live in south-east many times have lack of drinking water, electricity ad foods etc. In the Dhaka, people pays more rent for 1st, 2nd and upper floors compare to the ground floor and this is because of more chances of floods. Almost all weather experts say that the Bangladesh’s weather is continuously growing very extreme. And since this country is the most densely populated country so surviving has become a great challenge due to rising level of sea.
Many times, Bangladesh has faced problems like cyclones. Bangladesh is situated at the Bay of Bengal so cyclones have the worst effect on this country. The continuous rainfall causes to flood in the Bangladesh and due to flooding agricultures get devastated. In 2004, there was nearly 350 mm of rainfall in a single day. But if Bangladesh suffers from flooding problem, many times due to climate change it faces drought also and people suffers many problems. The quirk of fate was that many times when the north-east was experiencing its heaviest rainfall and simultaneously north-west was suffering from drought. The scientists are worried of the melting glaciers of the Himalayas since due to this Bangladesh’s rivers levels are slightly increasing. We discussed about the climate change in Bangladesh but this is not the only countries who are suffering from climate change due to global warming and there are many countries that are becoming prone to this change. So global warming is the extreme threat for the existence of the lives.

orldwide, climate changes are studied by the major scientific agency and it is agreed upon that world’s climate is becoming warm and the main reason is the greenhouse gas emissions which are related to human activities. You know that more severe weather actions had happened previous year than average in China. So it is experiencing that the weather of the China is becoming prone to natural calamity and these calamities are due to the global warming. China and the Gulf cities have already hot weather but these countries weathers are becoming hotter due to global warming. Due to global warming glaciers of mountains are melting, sea levels are rising and water level of rivers are increasing and all these things are the reasons for floods, drought and hot weathers etc.
The China’s meteorologists find that more extreme weather problems like extreme hot weather, drought and flood occurred in 2003 than generally occurs in the China. The intensities of these calamities broke all records of weather of since 1961. Extreme droughts and hot weathers in the southern area in the 2003 are marked. These climate changes are due to the reason of global warming and the global warming is the main reason for the extreme climatic events happening throughout China. Southern China’s climate is becoming hot and it sees hot weather. The meteorologists have found that Chinese summer season are becoming very hot in Southern area and difficult for the people to sustain in this hot weather.
Due to industrialization after the 1780s, emission of carbon dioxide levels has been increased and resulting to the hole in ozone layer and global warming etc. The weather experts are worried of the China and Gulf cities climate change. Extreme climate change affects the safety, construction, design, construction and maintenance of infrastructure and so effects people. More roughly, what occurs in the Gulf region will no qualm and it was seen during the aftermath of hurricane Katrina. If we see the trend of climate change and its impacts, we will find that the climate is changing continuously and its impacts are becoming worst.
Due to global warming climate are changing continuously and Gulf cities and China are suffering a lot. Since these cities are already known for hotter place. The people are finding difficult to survive due to the climate change. Due to extreme climate change these countries suffers drought, flood and hot weather etc. These countries suffer problems like hurricane, rising sea water and storm etc which jeopardize the countries development. These countries people are trying to cope of Global warming threat. Many people believe that climate change is simply a part of normal earth cycle but if they will observe industrialization impact, they will find that the extreme climate change is human made. The China is a densely populated area and easily effected by the climate change. The Gulf countries are known for great hotter place and if there would be more climate change would be finding then it would be really a great problem for the people to survive there.
